Before the exchange started and people from five countries came, Polish team had to prepare the venue. We gathered around 12AM and we started to decorate the conference room. A part of Polish team was responsible for accommodation and for dividing people into international rooms. Then we put their names on the door so they could find their room without any problem. We also printed the menu that we’ll put every day in the dining room so that everyone could check what there’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Hungarian group came as the first one, around 6PM and the last group came around 10PM and then, finally, we could go to sleep.
